BTC Radio Interview With Travel Industry Consumer Advocate Bill McGee

January 18, 2018, WASHINGTON, DC - Business Travel Coalition today published a new episode of BTC Radio. Our guest is Bill McGee, a long-time travel industry consumer advocate and one of the most respected and effective advocates in the United States. Mr. McGee is also the author of the acclaimed book Attention All Passengers.

Recently, McGee wrote a column in USA TODAY (http://btcnews.co/2DlLPSt) regarding the US Department of Transportation’s highly controversial decision to halt rulemakings designed to lead to consumer protections for airline passengers.

During this 17-minute BTC Radio episode we will discuss airline consumer issues; why Transportation has seemingly lost interest in consumer protections; implications for travelers; and if there is any hope behind efforts to change the minds of officials at Transportation.

Today’s interview can be listened to at http://btcnews.co/2EQPOmb, or listened and subscribed to on iTunes at http://btcnews.co/2osP01J.
