Business Travel Coalition on October 17, 2008 completed a survey of 196 corporate travel managers (CTMs) from 17 countries. The survey was in response to heightened concern by CTMs regarding appropriately-measured responses to the global financial crisis with respect to travel policies.
On November 12, 2008 BTC published a first-of-its-kind survey and analysis of the use of air ticket consolidators in managed travel programs. This is the second survey below.
